IS 2062 E350A plates are made from low-carbon steel. They contain carbon (up to 0.20%), manganese (1.50%), sulfur (up to 0.040%), phosphorus (up to 0.040%), and silicon (0.45%). These plates have a minimum yield strength of 350 MPa and a tensile strength between 490–610 MPa. They also have an elongation of 22%. The plates are easy to weld and very durable.
